Shipping address
We only ship to Japan, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping method (for Japan)
As a general rule, the ordered products will be shipped by mail.
*After shipping is completed, we will send a shipping completion email to the email address you registered.

Shipping fee (for Japan)
Regular delivery plan: Price includes shipping.
For single item purchases: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you purchase multiple items, the items will be packed in a post box that can hold up to 3 items (1 box), so if you purchase 4 or more items, the items will be shipped in separate boxes (shipping charges will be added).

・If you purchase 1 to 3 items (1 item): Shipping fee is 360 yen
・If you purchase 4 to 6 items (2 units): Shipping fee is 720 yen
After that, the charge will be +360 yen for each additional unit.

Product delivery status (for Japan)
For single item purchases and first orders for regular delivery plans, delivery will take approximately 3 to 5 days from the date of order. However, delivery may be delayed due to traffic conditions or the shipping status of the delivery company.
You can check the product delivery status using the postal tracking service. When checking, please have the "package inquiry number" provided in the "Product Shipping Notification" email sent after the product has been shipped.

Regarding receipts and delivery statements (purchase statements) (for Japan)
We are very sorry, but this item is not included in the package. You can issue it from the email sent after the product is delivered, or you can issue it from your order history after logging into My Page.

If you are not present at the time of delivery (for Japan)
If delivery is not possible due to reasons such as the mail not arriving in the mailbox, the delivery company will notify you, so please contact the delivery company.
If we do not contact the delivery company, or if the delivery is refused, the ordered product will be returned to us.
Please note that in that case, we may charge you for the return shipping fee separately.

Shipping (Outside Japan)
*The merchandise which have been ordered before 13:00 JST will be shipped the following day except Saturday, Sundays and holidays unless otherwise specified.
*Merchandise will be shipped through EMS and/or e-packet by the Japan Post Office. However, they can be shipped differently as required by the destination countries.
*Under the ordinary condition, international shipping will take approximately from two weeks to maximum of four weeks depending on the destinations.
*Shipment’s tracking service is provided by Japan Post office. We will send “tracking number” to customers.

*A careful packing is being guaranteed, however, any unexpected damage was seen on delivery, simply do not accept the package and check the contents together with local post office staff.

*Please note, all international packages may be subject to taxes, duties and custom fee upon delivery in your territory. Shipping quotes exclude these costs. For details, please contact the customs office in your receiving country.
*Any import taxes, duties, or fees that may be incurred are the responsibility of customers. We cannot assist with the payment of these fees or provide any discounts or refunds in relation to these fees.
