Usually, your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, long holidays such as year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, and cases where the delivery destination is a remote island). Delivery times may vary depending on backordered/backordered items, destination area, weather, traffic conditions, etc.

[For regular flight plans]
Your first order will be delivered within 3 to 5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and cases where the delivery destination is a remote island), and from the second order onwards, it will be delivered between the 15th and 20th of the month following the month of purchase. We are delivering it.

About returns and exchanges
We are very sorry, but we do not accept returns due to customer convenience.
However, we will exchange it for the following reasons.
・Damage of the product
・If a defect occurs due to our company's negligence
Please contact us using the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product, including your order number, name, applicable product name, and reason for return. We will contact you separately from the person in charge.
If you return the item with cash on delivery, we will accept a refund of the item price or exchange it with the same item of the same quantity. Please note that if we do not contact you within 7 days after receiving the product, we may not be able to accept your application.

About skipping/cancelling regular flights
After logging in to My Page, you can skip or cancel from "Subscription Management". Applications are accepted on My Page until the 5th of every month.

Please proceed from the "Cancel" button at the bottom of the page under My Page > Subscription Management > Details of the applicable product.

*Please note that if you miss the deadline, your subscription will be skipped or canceled one after another.
*If you have not yet registered as a member, please register as a new member using the email address you used at the time of purchase, and then follow the steps above.
