More nutritious than vegetables! ?
We originally worked as technology developers for a major beverage manufacturer, conducting research and development for ``the world's most delicious green tea beverage'' for about eight years. While talking with farmers and conducting research, I learned that green tea actually has nutritional value equal to or higher than that of vegetables, and I realized that I could create a new product that is both palatable and healthy. An idea was born.
In normal drinking
I can't get enough nutrition...!
As soon as we started developing this product, we immediately understood why the high nutritional value of green tea is not known to the general public. It was discovered that with the common way of drinking tea, such as ``extracting it with hot water using a teapot,'' most of the nutrients such as vitamins are not extracted into the tea, and the tea leaves are left in the used tea leaves and thrown away.
In theory, it was necessary to consider a method of ``drinking the whole tea leaf'' in order to obtain adequate nutrition.
Deliciousness and nutritional value
We have developed a unique manufacturing method that allows both!
First, it became clear that in order to ``drink the whole tea leaf,'' it was necessary to overcome several challenges, and we hit a big wall from the beginning. At first, we thought that we could make it easier to drink by making it into powder form, but we found that it was more difficult to dissolve in hot water than we had imagined.
So next, I decided to add a special heat treatment to make it easier to melt. Although it became easier to dissolve, the taste and nutrition were lost, and this method also ended in failure.
Processing while maintaining both deliciousness and nutrition turned out to be far more difficult than I imagined!
Approximately three years have passed since the start of the research, and we have finally found a clue to the solution.
We succeeded in creating a new technology to ``granulate without applying heat,'' and were able to arrive at the ideal manufacturing method that ``dissolves easily but maintains deliciousness and nutrition.''
The shape of the granules that we have completed through continued care coincidentally resembles that of tea.
We named this method the ``Soluble Leaf Manufacturing Method,'' which means ``melting tea leaves.''
By focusing on the best tea

Even after establishing our own manufacturing method, we continued to pursue quality in terms of taste and nutritional value.
First of all, most of the green teas that are widely available on the market are blended teas that are a mixture of various types of tea leaves, and the majority of products are low-priced products.
In fact, the appeal of tea is that, like coffee and wine, it has different tastes and aromas depending on the variety, production area, and manufacturing method (single origin), but this fact is unknown to most people. Is not ...
It is said that Ichibancha, which is harvested between April and May, has the highest quality of the year, but the tea that is widely distributed and purchased is generally lacking in taste and aroma. Most of them are inferior second-grade tea or later.
We have continued to search for tea leaves that focus on single-origin and first-class teas, and have strived to develop products that allow you to enjoy the unique flavor and be healthy.
No need for patience or compromise

After over 100 prototypes, the product was finally completed. While there are many health foods that require you to put up with the taste, this is a new health and luxury drink that is always delicious and can make up for the lack of vegetables.
We want everyone to get the full nutritional value of green tea, we want to spread the word that tea leaves have a variety of values with individuality and palatability, and we want all our customers to be in good health and with no abnormalities! From this wish, we named it ALL GREEN.
In fact, the domestic market for the green tea industry is shrinking, and the lack of successors for tea farmers is an issue.
Through ALL GREEN, we hope to create a new green tea market by promoting the unknown high nutritional value of green tea and the diverse palatability of single-origin tea. This is because I truly believe that expanding the possibilities of tea will be a part of Japanese culture that can be passed on to future generations.
